Q : How much is the delivery charge ? it seem so high.
A : Delivery is FREE within whole Korea and the price you choose online is the total price.
you will pay in USA dollars. This price includes all charges and no additional hidden charges whatsoever. this price includes any applicable service fees such as a tax, happy call, delivery confirmation.

 

Q : What is the difference between small, medium and upgraded items?
A : Photos on our web site are designed to best reflect the value and integrity of the medium priced items. Choosing a reduced item allows you to purchase a similar or smaller arrangement that meets your budget needs. Choosing upgraded allows us the flexibility to design using more flowers, use more flowers of a higher grade, and to use a higher grade container, where applicable.

 

Q : Will the delivered arrangement look exactly the same as the picture online?
A : Occasionally it is necessary to substitute flowers due to variations in supply across the country. We strive to retain the value and the integrity of the item you have chosen. We will email you quickly if do not have your chosen item & color in our shop.

 

Q : Do you deliver on Sundays?
A : Yes, we do, please provide your order one day before and it will be delivered on
Sunday as your request but we cannot guarantee if you order on Sunday.

 

Q : How will I know if the flowers have been delivered?
A : This is one of the most common questions we are asked and also our pride,
we send the delivery confirmation and/or the signed name for every orders in Korea & Japan.

expect with national and international courier services,
the Korea and Worldwide industry has not yet adopted an international order tracking system that is
"instantaneous". The best way to confirm successful delivery of your gift is usually to contact the
recipient directly.

Q : Can I choose the date and time of delivery?
A : Yes, you will be able to choose your preferred date and time of delivery.

 

Q : What time zone is KFDA in?
A : Our central processing department is in the Seoul Time Zone which is GMT + 9:00. We are open seven days per week with extended weekend and Holiday hours.
